    Monroe Village Police

    Oct. 13

    German Milla-Ramos, 34, of Monroe was charged with the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, and the violations of second-degree harassment and having an open container in a motor vehicle. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Oct. 15

    Alfredo Perez, 47, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, both misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Oct. 16

    Jose Milla Ramos, 28, of Monroe was charged with the felonies of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated; the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, and an ignition interlock violation; and the violations of second-degree harassment and having an open container in a motor vehicle. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Oct. 17

    A 32-year-old male from Monroe was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Oct. 18

    Tamazi Nikabadze, 39, of Highland Mills was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 1.

    A 20-year-old male from New Windsor was charged with violation of curfew at Smith Clove Park and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Oct. 15

    Carlan Sahmod Newby, 23, of Newburgh was charged with two counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and trespassing, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    State Police at Monroe

    Oct. 15

    Brian Weber, 57, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
