    Monroe Village Police

    Nov. 25

    Jose Ventura Flores, 61, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 26

    Arturo Bacilio, 35, of Monroe was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Nov. 27

    Eli Herrera, 22, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Nov. 28

    Shen Lecheng, 29, of Brooklyn was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Nov. 29

    Angel Paul Arboleda Yanez, 38, of Newark, N.J., was charged with the misdemeanors of petty larceny and criminal possession of an anti-security item, and the felony of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Youcef Moknine, 35, of Corona was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Lidija Ancheveska, 66, of Ridgewood was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 30

    Jimenez Lema, 53, of Brooklyn was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    A 19-year-old girl from Flushing was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Damani Cromartie, 21, of Brooklyn, was charged with the felonies of third-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, and the misdemeanors of second-degree obstruction of government administration and resisting arrest. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 26

    Paul Smoot, 28, and Jennifer Gutierrez, 30, both of Monroe, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.

    Nov. 28

    Daurys R. Diaz, 20, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Diaz was released on an appearance ticket.
