    Monroe Village Police

    Jan. 28

    Brianna Minchin, 24, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Jan. 30

    Jose Salgado-Escobar, 26, of Monroe was charged with the felony of third-degree criminal mischief and the misdemeanors of fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest. He was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.

    Perla Salgado Escobar, 27, of Monroe was charged with the felony of third-degree criminal mischief and the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. She was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.

    Ivane Khantadze, 53, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Peter Kwon, 34, of Goshen was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Jan. 30

    Prohete Pierrelouis, 41, of Stony Point was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree harassment, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Jesus D. Bernal Herera, 26, of Flushing was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Natialia Nikol Rodriguez Cuevas, 26, of Flushing was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 2

    Wilmer D. Toscano Chimbo, 36, of Plainfield, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, possession of burglary tools, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Jan. 30

    Jefferson Roman Ramires, 20, of Passaic, N.J., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and possession of burglary tools, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Pablo Alberto Travezano, 51, of Sloatsburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
