Monroe Village Police
Feb. 19
Harold Moline-Acosta, 36, of Monroe was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 21
Christopher Barbot, 28, of Newburgh was charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 22
Jason Mortel, 28, of Monroe was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 23
Veronica Walker, 22, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Ana Mercado, 53, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Woodbury Town Police
Feb. 16
Prince Palmer Jr., 33, of the Bronx was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
State Police at Monroe
Feb. 19
Christopher Mark Weir, 53, of Middletown was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 21
A 19-year-old from Yonkers was charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in prison, a felony. He was turned over to another agency.
Feb. 25
An 18-year-old from Highland Mills was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
