Monroe Village Police
Jan. 21
Elvis Mendez, 21, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.
Sincere Butler, 23, of the Bronx was charged with the felony of fourth-degree grand larceny; the misdemeanors of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and petty larceny; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for Jan. 22.
Jan. 23
Gerson Benites-Borjis, 29, of Middletown was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.
Jan. 24
A 33-year-old man from Monroe was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.
Woodbury Town Police
Jan. 25
Sahry Zabian, 21, of Chicago, Ill., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance. He was arrested again later the same day for the same charge and released on an appearance ticket.
State Police at Monroe
Jan. 26
Skye Ian Maisonette, 36, of Circleville was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Maisonette was released on an appearance ticket.
Remington Wray, 20, of Katy, Texas, was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jan. 30
Akeem A. Dennis, 26, of the Bronx was charged with the felonies of second-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny, and the misdemeanor of petty larceny. Dennis was released on an appearance ticket.
Donna Inga, 65, of New Hampton was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
