    Monroe Village Police

    Feb. 9

    A 19-year-old man was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Paulina Pajorcuello, 21, of Highland Mills was charged with third-degree assault and released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Feb. 10

    A 33-year-old Monroe man was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Wilson Castro-Hernandez, 31, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 11

    Joseph Mendlowitz, 37, of Monroe was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 12

    Ana Museridze, 34, of Monroe was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Laura Paul, 41, of Monroe was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 14

    A 19-year-old Monroe man was charged with the felonies of first-degree gang assault and second-degree assault, the misdemeanors of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing, and a second-degree harassment violation. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail, pending a court appearance on March 5.

    An 18-year-old woman from Highland Mills was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 16

    Christian Etsa-Entsakua, 29, of New City was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 17

    Edwin Ramos-Ramos, 27, of Monroe was charged with the felony of tampering with physical evidence, the misdemeanor of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and a violation for leaving the scene of an automobile accident. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 19.

    Erickson Lopez, 38, of Monroe was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 14

    Jessenia A. Perezguzman, 32, of Queens was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on her own recognizance.

    Rony Garcia Chavez, 40, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Garcia Chavez was released to a third party.

    Feb. 15

    Luis Antonio Rodriguez Barbosa, 43, of Highland Mills was charged with the felony of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Ariel Moises Mera Bravo, 21, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Feb. 16

    Arta Kukaj, 27, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Feb. 17

    Andre Fritz, 79, of Chester was charged with two counts of the felony of second-degree assault and the misdemeanors of third-degree assault, second-degree aggravated harassment, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
