March 17
Scott Wakefield, 38, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 18.

Misael Diaz, 38, of New York City was charged with the misdemeanors of third-degree attempted assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, plus a harassment violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 17.

Najon Flanders, 33, of Highland Mills was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for April 3.

Kassandre Herb, 43, of Chester was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, petty larceny, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for April 17.
March 26
Nelson Caal-Chuc, 22, of Monroe was charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail.
