A 45-year-old Monroe man was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic, violations. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 8.
Roseann Carranza, 42, of Washingtonville was arrested on a warrant for false personation, third-degree assault, criminal trespassing, third-degree menacing, and reckless endangerment, misdemeanors. She was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 8.

Manuel Ruiz, 44, of Flushing was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Dec. 26
Jesus David Lozano Frias, 43, of New York City was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal possession of an anti-security item, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Dairiana J. Correa Tayupo, 30, of New York City was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.
Jasmine Llanos, 47, of Highland Mills was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Wilfredo Ramos, 25, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and was issued an appearance ticket.
Wilfredo Amaya Ramos, 29, of Monroe was charged with three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.
