    Harriman Village Police

    Nov. 3

    Kevin Cajilema-Lema, 23, of Nanuet, was charged with burglary, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 14.

    Monroe Village Police

    Nov. 3

    Isaios Reyes-Lainez, 21, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Robert Staab, 38, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.

    Nov. 4

    Paul Torres-Marquez, 24, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    A 46-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with an open-container violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Juan Jimenez Carranza, 35, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Nov. 5

    Monika Simeonova, 20, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Oct. 26

    Roiman N. Bello-Ferrer, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Emanuel Alejandro Guanipa Perez, 23, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, false personation, felonies, and fourth degree petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 5

    Nicholas Mendoza-Elizalde, 28, of Goshen, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 29

    Simone A. Brown, 43, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 30

    Robert Moller, 66, of Bloomingburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 8

    John Plutino, 66, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

    Tania E. Fonesca Perez, 20, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Michael A. James, 23, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Bernardino Vasquez Delcid, 37, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
