    Harriman Village Police

    Oct. 29

    Eduardo Guzman, 39, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation – alcohol, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

    Monroe Village Police

    Oct. 25

    Michael Vazquez, 33, of Brooklyn was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 15.

    Nov. 1

    A 22-year-old female and a 24-year-old male, both from Monroe, were charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on appearance tickets.

    Oct. 26

    Franklin Hernandez Najera, 43, of Central Valley was charged with unlawful surveillance – view under clothing, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    State Police at Monroe

    Oct. 28

    Isaac Potts, 23, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Ashley Spangeberg, 34, of Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
