Angel Huaringa-Garragate, 44, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 2.

Zaza Jomidava, 46, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 16.

Lasha Nikabadze, 28, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 16.

A 31-year-old male from Monroe was charged with littering and an open-container violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 2.

An 18-year-old male from Walden was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to Middletown police who had a warrant for his arrest for obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He has an appearance ticket for Monroe court on Aug. 16.
