Oscar Vasquez Santos, 22, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, unlawful imprisonment, felonies, second-degree reckless endangerment, forceful touching and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and assigned to grand jury.

Stephen Rizzo, 42, of Highland Mills, was charged with two counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 16.

A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 16.
David Fleischman, 29, of Monroe, was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 16.
Aug. 9
A 25-year-old male from Monroe was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
