Richard Figuero, 35, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.
Romulo Chicaiza, 48, of Nanuet, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.
Sept. 2
Victor Reyes-Gomez, 30, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.
Jose Nolasco-Rodriquez, 32, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and turned over to the New York State Police. He was also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and is scheduled to return to Monroe Village Court on Sept. 20.
Sept. 7
Sam Sperling, 45, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.

Edgar Caal Cat, 46, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.
