Monroe. The majority of arrests were for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Several arrests involved theft of various kinds.

    July 9

    Jayro Sanchez Hernandez, 25, Elmer Sanchez Hernandez, 21, Javier Martinez Castillo, 24, and Josue Lemus, 24, all of Monroe, were charged with an open-container violation and released on appearance tickets for July 20.

    July 10

    Steven Best, 29, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for driving with ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and turned over to the State Police.

    July 11

    Dubla Solorzano, 27, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Solorzano was released on an appearance ticket.

    July 12

    Yenny Barrera-Lozaro, 40, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    Carol Benavides-Barrera, 22, of Monroe, was charged with grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies. She was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    Antwonn Williams, 27, of Newburgh, was charged with driving with ability impaired, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for July 20.

    Michael Cowan, 36, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful sale of cannabis and an open-container violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    Tammy Quinn, 52, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    July 13

    Joseph Napolitano, 41, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 20.

    Yesenia M. Jovine, 35, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Jovine was released on an appearance ticket.

    Connor J. Jaskowski, 23, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Jaskowski was released to a third party.

    July 10

    Gladis Aramboles, 33, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    July 12

    Maria Y. Cuevas, 35, of Woodside, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
