    Harriman Village Police Oct. 27 • Noah Montal, 22, of Route 32, Central Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on Nov. 15. Monroe Village Police Oct. 18 • Marek Parzych, 47, who is homeless, was charged with littering and an open-container violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 19 • Greg Gordon, 31, of McBee Court, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 20 • Katelyn McDonnell, 20, of Sylvan Trail, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Alyssa Hecht, 26, of New City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 21 • A 19-year-old Chester male was charged with underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, violations, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was released on $50 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 23 • Richard Nenna, 24, of Stage Road, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 24 • Talia Phalon, 25, of San Antonio Circle, Monroe, was charged with two counts of issuing a bad check and two counts of petty larceny, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 26 • Christopher J. Curtin, 23, of Candlewood Road, Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Woodbury Town Police Oct. 20 • Felix Ramos, 43, of Greenbush, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 21 • Craig Baxter, 38, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 22 • Roosevelt Brown, 28, of Monticello, was charged with third-degree rape, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor. Arraignment details were unavailable at press time. Oct. 24 • A 17-year-old Monroe female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Five subjects were charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Twenty-eight individuals were charged with operating motor vehicles with suspended registrations, misdemeanors. All were released pending future court appearances.
