Harriman Village Police Sept. 4 Ryan Brecher, 24, of Round Lake Terrace, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in court on Sept. 18. Sept. 5 Rayvon Davis, 20, of Ironworks Road, Monroe, was charged with underage possession of alcohol, a violation. He was released. A 17-year-old Harriman male was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. Kenneth Carolan, 45, of Lincoln Drive, Washingtonville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Sept. 18. Sept. 7 Kevin Brushette, 48, of Clark Street, Middletown, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Monroe Village Police Sept. 3 Sean Greco, 20, of Broad Street, Middletown, was charged with misapplication of property, a misdemeanor. He was released. A 16-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol, violations. He was released pending a future court appearance. Sept. 4 Marek Parzych, 48, who is homeless, was charged with trespassing, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. Sept. 5 Jessie Frank, 23, of Brooks Avenue, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Sept. 6 William Bordinaro, 31, of Pine Bush, was charged with unlawful sale of alcohol and warehousing alcohol without a permit, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Oct. 1. Sept. 10 Manuel Falu, 22, of Middletown, was charged with three counts of second-degree forgery, a felony, and criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. Woodbury Town Police Sept. 5 Ismael Silva, 37, of Highland Mills, was arrested on a felony warrant and turned over to the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department. Cornelius Lenihan, 51, of Ossining, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Peekskill Police. Sept. 6 A 17-year-old Newburgh female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 7 Gregory Marrone, 23, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 8 Jie Ma, 46, of Surrey, British Columbia, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Ma was released on $300 bail pending a future court appearance. Four subjects were charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and 18 others were charged with driving with a suspended registration, all misdemeanors. State Police at Monroe Sept. 5 Toni M. Morrone, 47, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, fourth-degree grand larceny and falsifying business records, felonies. She was released on her own recognizance. Susan Gunning, 39, of Port Jervis, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Ruben J. Jorge, 21, of Tampa, Florida, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, willful defacement of a weapon, felonies, and first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. An 18-year-old female from Ossining was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and willful defacement of a weapon, felonies. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Sept. 6 Ismael M. Velez, 26, of Wallkill, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 8 Luis E. Avalos, 33, of Haledon, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol content of 8 or more, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Barbara Collins, 50, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 9 Steven D. Racciatti, 21, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
