JAMES Oxley appointed to County Health Department Advisory Board James Oxley, D.O., Orange Regional Medical Center’s vice president of medical affairs, has been appointed to the Orange County Department of Health’s Advisory Board.Board members meet with Commissioner of Health, Jean Hudson on a quarterly basis to discuss public health in Orange County. Oxley will act as a community representative, sharing the concerns of county residents and health care professionals.
