Parrella 'has demonstrated her commitment'

To the editor: Voters have a unique opportunity to choose the best candidates for office in Monroe on Election Day Nov 8. I urge voters to get to know the candidates. I have the pleasure of knowing Kathy Parrella for more than 10 years and know of all the hard work she puts into following town issues. She has demonstrated her commitment by devoting her energy in attending monthly town meetings and repeatedly speaking up on important issues facing the town. On top of all this, she co-founded a community support group (www.thepreservationcollective.com) to help educate and increase public awareness regarding planning and development issues. Kathy takes the time to conduct research to find solutions to a problem and reaches out to the public with information. All of her efforts over the past years were directed to make sure this is a great place to live for everyone. I would vote for the person that has been available to echo your concerns and taking the steps to be heard. On Election Day, Nov. 8, look for Kathy Parrella for Monroe Town Council on Row D.
