Jeff Paye, 47, recently donated 16 inches of his hair to the Locks of Love program that helps children who lose their hair because of illness. Paye, the owner of Academy Construction, has had long hair since 1995. The former Highland Mills resident lives in New Windsor. His stylist at Hair It Is salon in Highland Mills was Susan Sanger.
