New officers on Elant Foundation board

Goshen — The Elant Foundation, the fundraising arm of Elant, Inc., welcomed two new officers to its Board of Directors following the annual board election process held in April. Joseph J. Minuta, owner of Minuta Architecture, PLLC in New Windsor, was elected as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Elant Foundation, while Paul S. Ernenwein, a litigator with Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, in Newburgh, was elected vice chairman. Minuta previously served as vice chairman under Will Thorpe, who did not pursue another term on the Foundation Board. Before returning to the Newburgh area in 2000, Ernenwein spent five years working at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. The rest of the Elant Foundation Board of Directors remained static and includes: Corinne Smith, Barbara Riemer, David Kaufman, Carol Holbert and Barbara George.
