New manager will lead branch of 48 licensed realtors

NEW Windsor — Ted Morgan has been named manager of Prudential Rand Realty’s New Windsor office. In his new role, Morgan will manage the day-to-day operations, leading an office staff of 48 licensed realtors. A licensed New York State Associate Broker, he is also an real estate trainer, teaching sales associates how to be successful. A lifelong Hudson Valley resident, Morgan is a United States Army and Navy veteran. Prior to launching his real estate career, Morgan had gained managerial experience in the food services industry. He earned a degree in food service management from the State University of New York at Delhi.
