New executive VP at St. Lukes

Robert S. Ross has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. Previously, Ross served as a vice president then senior vice president of operations since 2001. During his tenure he has expanded outpatient services and worked to improve SLCH’s hospitality operations. Ross has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining SLCH, he worked as senior director of administration at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore.
