The former Duck Cedar Inn banquet facility and restaurant in Tuxedo has been sold for $1.8 million. The 25,300-square-foot commercial building on nine acres on Route 17, was bought by James Lantini, a Haverstraw businessman, who plans to move his electronics business into the facility’s rear 10,000 square feet, while developing the front 15,000 square feet into a retail center. The retail component will offer units from 750 to 7,200 square feet in size. Construction is anticipated to be completed this September.
