Nebrasky Plumbing honors employees
Monroe Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling recently implemented an Employee Service Awards Program to recognize and honor employees who have reached service anniversaries with the company. Over a dozen employees were honored in January at the company’s holiday party, including a technician who has been with Nebrasky for 15 years. The employees who received the new service award are: 15 years: Jack Gryzbek; 5-10 years: Bobby Johnson, Ken Otten, and Bill Ritter; 3-5 years: Mike Alouisa, Kevin DeCastro, Billy Gryzbek, John Kozachuk, Jolene Larsen, Bobby Matthews, Armando Melchor, Ron Sloat, Walter Williams, and Toniann Zduniak. “Our company is only as good as our technicians and support staff,” stated Paul Nebrasky. “Our customers continue to be delighted by our service, and we thank our employees for this result. They make our company successful.” The company has been operating since 1988, and was recently named Contractor of the Year by Plumbing & Heating Contractor News, a national trade publication.
