A response from a neighboring department will occur "automatically," rather than by a special request. In this case, an activated fire alarm in the Monroe-Woodbury Middle School (located in the Woodbury Fire District) sent Monroe's Tower Ladder and Rescue (along with an Engine from the Harriman F.D.) to compliment Woodbury's own response.
