May 12 Anibal Gutierrez, 30, of Smallwood, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on $850 bail pending a future court appearance. May 13 Guy Mead, 33, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $250 bail pending a future court appearance.
