Nov. 12 Katherine Yu, 25, of Tuxedo, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance. Gregory Giudice, 27, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree assault. He was released pending a future court appearance. A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 13 Daniel Daily, 25, of Slate Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s office which also had charges pending. Nov. 15 Krystal Jackson, 23, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance.
