Dec. 18 Dawn Craig, 39, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Jan. 4. Dec. 19 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a Jan. 4 court appearance. A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and contempt of court. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a Jan. 4 court appearance. Daniel Stahl, 39, of Airmont, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 20 A 17-year-old Harriman male was charged with trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana, violations. He was released pending a future court appearance. Chaim Friedman, 22, of Monroe, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Friedman was released pending a Jan. 4 court appearance. Dec. 23 Kevin Pawlak, 23, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 18.
