Sept. 25 Luis Frias, 36, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a future court appearance. Sept. 26 George Baird, 56, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Oct. 19. Sept. 28 Crystal Jackson, 23, of Monroe, was charged with grand larceny, a felony, petty larceny and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19. Sept. 29 Rogelio Gutierrez, 21, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance. Bruce Sheinberg, 54, of Monroe, was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Sept. 30 Gerald Reinhardt, 56, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Oct. 19. Roy Maurer, 49, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant from the State Police for a misdemeanor petty larceny charge. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. Oct. 2 A 16-year-old male from Monroe was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor and harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
