Dec. 11 Derrick Morran, 28, of Pine Bush, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released to appear village court on Jan. 4. Dec. 14 Lori Ringrose, 26, of Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Jan. 18 court appearance. Richard Applebaum, 48, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance on Jan. 18. Dec. 15 Thomas Uleano, 26, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, and trespassing. He was sent to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 16 Christina Morales, 25, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Jan. 4 court appearance. Dec. 17 Saul Vargas-Montero, 30, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 4. Sandra Parisi, 26, of Walden, was charged with petty larceny and criminal impersonation, misdemeanors. She was turned over to the town of New Windsor police for additional charges pending in that jurisdiction.
