Sept. 10 Quentin Mouzon, 29, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Jonathan Adler, 24, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released. Sept. 11 James Taylor, 52, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with first-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, first-degree criminal impersonation, felonies, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Robert R. Aruett, 22, of Washingtonville, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. Sept. 15 Shawn Murray, 21, of White Plains, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
