Oct. 31 Jorge Monroy-Palma, 23, of Spring Valley, was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Nov. 16 court appearance. Nov. 2 Manuel Bermeo, 50, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Nov. 4 Francis Bayo, 56, of Harriman, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Nov. 5 Rebecca Forrest, 32, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Nov. 5 court appearance. John Pinnavaia, 61, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance. Nov. 6 Leigh Pupps, 24, of Monroe, was charged with making a punishable false written statement, a misdemeanor, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. She was sent to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance.
