    Feb. 7 • Marlon Tatum, 23, of Grove St., Harriman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. Feb. 9 • James Gisonna, 53, of Frank Court, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released. Feb. 10 • Fourteen individuals under 21 were charged with underage possession and consumption of alcohol, a violation, after police were called to a house party in Monroe. One 18-year-old Monroe male,also was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. They were released. Feb. 14 • Salvatore Sposito, 23, of Greenwood Drive, Goshen, was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree assault, felonies, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. Harriman Police Feb. 8 • Alfredo Perez, 31, of North Main St., Harriman, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in village court on Feb. 21. Feb. 11 • Abraham J. Schwartz, 26, of North Main St., Harriman, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Feb. 21. Feb. 12 • Joseph E. Urban, 61, of Conklin Ave., Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Feb. 21 court appearance. Feb. 14 • Derek Perrin, 27, of Peddler Hill Road, Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an appearance in village court on Feb. 21. Feb. 15 • David S. Burris, 32, of Cornwall, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Feb. 21. Woodbury Police Feb. 13 • Jessica Handy, 21, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released. Feb. 16 • A 16-year-old male from Carmel was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • A 19-year-old Newburgh female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Six subjects were charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five were charged with driving with suspended registrations, all misdemeanors. They were released. Tuxedo Town Police Feb 14 • Russell Ackerknecht, 37, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for a Feb. 28 court date Feb. 15 • Elizabeth Pelaez, 39, of Silo Lane, Warwick, was charged with suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Feb. 28 court appearance. Feb. 17 • Michael Oliva, 30, of Sloatsburg, was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, and was released for a March 27 court appearance. Police said Oliva shot a paint ball gun at the complainants’ house, causing damage and nearly hitting the complainant. There was apparently some bad blood between the parties, police added. • Shiela Warner, 70, of Warwick, was charged with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Feb. 18 • Francis Callaghan, 42, of New City, was arrested on a Town of Tuxedo Court warrant for DUI and was released on $2,000 bail for a Feb. 28 court date.
