    June 3 Cedric Bates, 35, of Hempstead, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating with a suspended registration. He was released pending a July 13 court appearance. June 4 A 16-year-old Monroe female was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on June 15. June 5 An 18-year-old female from Suffern and an 18-year-old female from Monroe were charged with petty larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and underage consumption/possession of alcohol, a violation. They were released pending a June 15 court appearance. June 7 A 17-year-old Brooklyn male was charged with two counts of second-degree forgery, two counts of possession of a forged instrument, first-degree identity theft, felonies, criminal possession of stolen property, conspiracy and unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a June 15 court appearance. The next day, Jadarius Simmons, 25, of New York City, was arrested on the same charges in connection with this case. On June 9 Lawrence Flores, 34, of the Bronx, was also arrested on the same charges. Simmons and Flores were sent to Orange County Jail pending a June 15 court appearance. June 10 Joseph Romero, 26, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a July 6 court appearance. David Rutherford, 44, of Passaic, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in village court on July 6.
