    Dec. 24 • Yaniv Kripor, 25, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree trespassing, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending a Jan. 18 court appearance. • Ronald Matias, 25, of Newburgh, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on Jan. 25. • Patricia Fursa, 42, of North Main Street, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on $100 bail to appear in town court on Jan. 18. • Wayne Vespa, 46, of Lues Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal contempt, felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail Dec. 27 • Jeremy Buel, 20, of Bakertown Road, Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more. He was released pending a Jan. 9 court appearance. Harriman Police Dec. 15 • Carmen Dyba, 43, of Summit Avenue, Harriman, was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on Jan. 11. Dec. 21 • Gilberto Tapia, 21, of Lakes Road, Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Jan. 7 appearance in village court. Woodbury Police Dec. 26 • Awilda Armato, 31, and Richard Armato, 35, of Highland Mills, were charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. They were released pending future court appearances. Dec. 28 • Elliot Dudley, 65, of New York City, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail pending a future court appearance. • During the past week three individuals were charged with petty larceny stemming from incidents at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Two subjects were charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license and one subject was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. All subjects were issued summonses and released pending future court appearances.
