Aug. 20 • Maryanne T. Rabaglia, 56, of Newbury Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Michael A. Mattalian, 43, of Newbury Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Aug. 22 • A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Aug. 24. • Larry Warshauer, 52, of Southside Drive, Monroe, was charged with trespassing, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Sept. 20.
