Nov. 9 • Gary George, 42, of Laroe Road, Chester, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and an open-container violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance. • Lazaro Pompa, 21, of Degraw Avenue, Teaneck, N.J., was charged with falsifying business records, a felony, and two counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 12 • Larry Mann, 21, of High Street, Bloomingburg, and a 19-year-old Bloomingburg male were charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. They were processed and released pending a future court appearance. • Joseph Morales, 32, of Secor Place, Yonkers, was charged with petty larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and leaving the scene of an accident, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance.
