Nov. 15 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 17 Bruce J. Wilson, 48, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree forgery, a felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree conspiracy, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 19 Cole Bice, 39, of Pleasantview Avenue, Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in court on Nov. 29. Edward Daniels, 31, of Lakes Road, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Dec. 1. Thomas Benjamin, 35, of Darin Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Nov. 29 court appearance. Nov. 21 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree intimating a witness, felonies, and second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a Nov. 25 court appearance. Nov. 23 Hernan Hernandez-Rios, 27, of Route 17M, Harriman, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, operating a motor vehicle without a license, a misdemeanor, and producing an invalid insurance card, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Charles Beck, 21, of Poole Avenue, Gloversville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and unlicensed driver, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on Dec. 13. Peter Rosario, 30, of Vails Gate Heights Drive, New Windsor, was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Gladys Torres, 45, of David Lane, Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released pending a future court appearance.
