    Nov. 2 • An 18-year-old Monroe female was charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. She was released on $100 bail pending a Nov. 15 court appearance. • Samuel Freund, 32, of Acres Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender a license. He was released on $100 bail to appear in Town Court on Nov. 10. Nov. 8 • Abu Camara, 55, of Camp LaGuardia, Chester, was charged with electioneering within 100 feet of polls, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Nov. 29. • Teresa Gruber, 33, of New Brunswick, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver, misdemeanors, and passing in a no-passing zone, a violation. She was released to appear in Town Court on Dec. 8. Nov. 9 • An 18-year-old Harriman male and an 18-year-old Monroe female were charged with trespassing, a violation. They were released to appear in Town Court on Nov. 29.
