    Feb. 22 • Kae Myung, 56, of Route 17M, Monroe, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Feb. 24 • David Cummings, 43, of Nanuwitt Lane, Salisbury Mills, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. He was released on $200 bail pending a March 22 court appearance. Feb. 25 • A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Feb. 28. • Henry Nozkowski, 47, of Laroe Road, Chester, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny, misdemeanors. He was released pending an appearance in town court on March 9. Feb. 28 • Richard Derubeis, 20, of Lincoln Drive, Washingtonville, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on March 11. • Ricky Pecora, 29, of Route 17M, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in court on March 14. March 1 • Jasmine Adderley, 23, and Stacey Angrand, both of Second Street, Albany, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. They were released pending a March 21 court appearance.
