Jan. 11 William Whittington, 27, of Lake Avenue, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and speeding. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 12 Nathan Hecht, 34, of Getzelberger Boulevard, Monroe, was charged with operating with a suspended registration and seven vehicle and traffic violations. He was released on $100 bail pending a Feb. 2 court appearance. Michael Rivera, 32, of Fitzgerald Court, Monroe, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail, pending extradition to Bergenfield, N.J., police. Thomas Sanders, 23, of Kirbytown Road, Middletown, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and no insurance. He was released to appear in town court on Feb. 7. Thomas Moss, 50, of Metropolitan Avenue, the Bronx, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and three vehicle and traffic violations. He was released to appear in town court on Feb. 7. Jan. 14 John Kronfeld, 28, of Tanninger Road, Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jonathan L. DeYoung, 22, of Poplar Drive, Monroe, was charged with public urination, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Michael J. Mullin, 21, of Milford, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 15 Lucas T. Saher, 21, of Concetta Court, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Jarostaw Jasinski, 26, of Spring Street, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 16 A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 17 Corey M. Valle, 30, of Sprague Street, Middletown, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance.
