Oct. 23 • Gregory C. Pittinger, 26, of Cedar Trail, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Edward DeFreese, 28, of Cedar Trail, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Antonio M. Lopes, 30, of Smith Street, Bloomfield, N.J., was charged with exposure of a person and disorderly conduct, violations. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Stewart P. Rozzi, 22, of Laurel Court, Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance on Nov. 1.
