    Sept. 8 • Walter Lazo, 41, of Lake Street, Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Sept. 29. Sept. 9 • Matthew Tuft, 45, of Route 17A, Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a Sept. 14 court appearance. Sept. 11 • Michael P. Foley, 37, of Quaker Hill Road, Monroe, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail until he is turned over to the State of Pennsylvania to answer a charge of criminal trespassing. Sept. 13 • Christopher Hagel, 26, of East Crossman Avenue, Monroe, was charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on $500 bail pending a future court appearance. Sept. 15 • A 16-year-old Middletown male was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Sept. 20. • Michelangelo Capelli, 31, of Orange Turnpike, Monroe, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was arraigned and released on $500 bail pending a Sept. 20 court appearance. • Roy W. Maurer, 43, of the James Motel, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Washingtonville Police Department.
