March 11 William Mataxaz-Senderwtz, 20, of Astoria, was charged with driving while intoxicated, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $60 bail pending an April 13 court appearance. March 12 Charles Calabro, 25, of Kenny Drive, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in town court on April 13. An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with urinating in public, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on April 13. Elizabeth Drake, 35, of Cromwell Hill Road, Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a March 21 court appearance. March 15 Robert Vaquero, 32, of Newburgh, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree harassment, a violation. He was turned over to the City of Newburgh police. Jason Kimmel, 20, of Elm Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail pending a March 21 court appearance.
