Nov. 30 • Andrew Schlagler, 34, of Merriewold Lane, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the New York State Police in Middletown. Dec. 2 • Lisa B. Libardi, 23, of Forshee Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies. She was released on $250 bail pending an appearance in town court on Dec. 16. Dec. 6 • Kirk Laguerre, 26, of Jefferson Court, Stony Point, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was turned over to the Ramapo Police who had a warrant for his arrest on a previous charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. • Christopher Davidson, 22, of Brooks Avenue, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 7 • Pedro Herrera, 20, of Lakes Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Jan. 12, 2006.
