    Jan. 19 • Aurora Agresti, 38, of Main Street, Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, misdemeanors, failure to keep right and an open container violation. She was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 20 • Jenna M. Balakitsis, 21, of Hickory Street, Highland Mills, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Shia Klein, 36, of Israel Zupnick Drive, Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Allison Ponte, 21, of Wilson Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 2. Jan. 21 • Stanislau Lipka, 51, who is homeless, was charged with an open container violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Jan. 25 court appearance. • Slawomir Gleba, 44, of Camp LaGuardia, Chester, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Hector Santana, 20, of Midland Avenue, Yonkers, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to appear in Town Court on Jan. 23. Jan. 22 • Stefan Laskowski, 21, of Hennigar Place, Oradell, N.J., was charged with urinating in public, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 16. • An 18-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 16. Jan. 23 Edwin Romaro, 23, of Silver Maples, Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction, obstructing governmental administration, false impersonation and second-degree forgery, felonies. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail pending a Jan. 25 court appearance. Jan. 24 • Leo McKay, 49, of Hillside Terrace, Monroe, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 26 • Lucas Mann, 37, of Onionville Road, Martville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and other traffic offenses. He was released on $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance. • Omar Stringfield, 35, of Varrick Homes, Newburgh, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 16.
