Sept. 30 • Arthur Youmans, 34, of Rowe Street, Tamagua, Pa., was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Oct. 1 • Brian Deloughery, 24, of Lois Lane, Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, felonies, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending an Oct. 5 court appearance. Oct. 3 • Oscar Guzman-Toralva, 24, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 4 • An 18-year-old Monroe male was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was turned over to the Newburgh Police Department.
