March 21 • A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. March 24 • A 17-year-old Monroe male and 17-year-old Monroe female were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. They were released pending a future court appearance. March 27 • Brian Hartin, 33, of Round Lake Park Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was released to appear in town court on April 27. March 28 • Nickie Circelli, 32, of Four Corners Road, Warwick, was charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was released to appear in town court on April 20. • Michael Moskowitz, 37, of Birch Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on April 20. • Nina Irizarry, 21, of Center Hill Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and several vehicle and traffic violations. She was released pending an April 27 court appearance. • Todd Holbrook, 34, of Lake View Drive, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an April 18 court appearance.
