    Aug. 6 Daniel P. McCormick, 41, of Harriman, was arrested for third-degree falsely reporting an incident, offering a false written statement, misdemeanors, and leaving the scene of an auto accident, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Aug. 19. Chaim Parnes, 54, of Monroe, was arrested for petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending an Aug. 17 court appearance. Woodrow King, 32, of Monroe, was arrested for two counts of petit larceny and two counts of attempted petit larceny, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Town Court on Aug. 26. Aug. 7 A 19-year-old Monroe male was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $100 bail pending an Aug. 26 court appearance. Jorge Medina, 20, of Monroe, was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and underage possession of alcohol, a violation. He was released on $200 bail pending an Aug. 19 court appearance.
