    Feb. 16 • Erin Francht, 20, of Lake Drive, Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in town court on March 9. Feb. 17 • Leszek Kulikowski, 50, of Lake Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 18 • William J. Albanis, 23, of Hickory Street, Piermont, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle with a suspended license, misdemeanors, and released to appear in town court on March 14. • David A. Shey, 20, of Sweezy Place, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released to appear in town court on March 14. Feb. 19 • John Scorzello, 23, of Little York Road, Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on $200 bail pending a March 14 court appearance. Feb. 20 • Celine Crawford, 35, of the Bronx, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving an uninsured motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors, and several vehicle and traffic violations. She was released to appear in town court on March 16. Town of Tuxedo Police Feb. 21 • Ira Fierstein, 47, of Laudaten Way, Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a March 3 court appearance. Feb. 23 • John Michinko, 44, of Laura Road, Monroe, was charged with arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $500 bail for a March 7 court appearance. Feb. 27 • Fatima Hernandez, 30, of Felter Hill Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a March 28 court appearance. Harriman Police Feb. 19 • Moses Ukejianya, 49, of Lexington Hills, Harriman, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on March 15.
